Dalton, Ga. — Women In the Floorcovering Industry (WIFI), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to attracting, educating, and empowering women in the flooring sector, invites industry professionals to two engaging virtual events this month: the WIFI Power Hour: Behind the Scenes – Path to the C-Suite on November 13 and the next meeting of the WIFI Book Club on November 19. Both opportunities offer a space for women to connect, learn, and lead with confidence.

What does it really take to rise to the top? Join WIFI for an insightful and candid discussion with women who have built impactful careers in leadership. Featured speakers include Lynn Druan, CFO of UCX; Laura McCandless, CTO at AFS Group; and Tina Boyle, COO of Louisville Tile—moderated by Crosby Hall, CAO at Louisville Tile. The WIFI Book Club brings together women in flooring each month for thoughtful conversation and personal growth. This series explores Presence by Amy Cuddy, a transformative book about unlocking confidence, showing up authentically, and leading with purpose. Led by Whitney LeGate, SVP of commercial product at Mannington Commercial, and Renee Littleton, marketing director at Kährs Americas, the book club provides a welcoming space to connect, reflect, and learn from one another at each meeting.
