Both opportunities offer a space for women to connect, learn, and lead with confidence.

The WIFI Book Club brings together women in flooring each month for thoughtful conversation and personal growth. This series explores Presence by Amy Cuddy, a transformative book about unlocking confidence, showing up authentically, and leading with purpose. Led by Whitney LeGate, SVP of commercial product at Mannington Commercial, and Renee Littleton, marketing director at Kährs Americas, the book club provides a welcoming space to connect, reflect, and learn from one another at each meeting.
