Mentee applications have closed, but we are still recruiting mentors for the 2026 cohort!

Who can participate: The program is designed for those working in the flooring industry. The program is free, but if you would like to support the organization, you can donate to WIFI here.

Time Commitment: The mentoring program is six-month in length, the cohort will run February - July 2026. Sessions will be virtual, using video conference software such as Zoom or MS Teams.
