Recognizing Leadership, Service and Impact

Every industry has women who lead by example, lift others up and leave a lasting impact. The WIFI Women of Distinction Award recognizes exceptional women in the flooring industry whose leadership, service, insight, strength and character inspire those around them.

Know a woman who deserves to be recognized? Nominate her for the 2027 Women of Distinction Award!

Nominees must have worked in the flooring industry for at least 10 years and demonstrated excellence in at least two of the following areas: Professional Impact, Service or Personal Characteristics.

Nominations close October 31, 2026.

Award recipients will be celebrated through WIFI communications, industry media and social channels, with additional recognition opportunities at industry events.
