Mission

Women in the Flooring Industry (WIFI) is an educational 501c3 non-profit that attracts, educates, and empowers women in the flooring industry. WIFI activities are available to anyone who identifies as or who is in support of women in the flooring industry. Programs include scholarships for continuing education and presenting of professional development and mentoring programs.

WIFI Programs

We provide education for women who work in flooring through:

-Scholarships for continuing education, trade education, and continuing education

-Hosting professional development Power Hour workshops and conferences

-WIFI Mentoring Program

We attract women to careers in flooring through:

-Awards that profile excellence in and the diversity of careers that women hold in diverse sectors of the flooring industry

-Writing blogs and articles that highlight women in careers in flooring

We empower women who have careers in flooring by providing:

-Educational sessions at WIFI Gatherings at flooring industry events
