WIFI’s Low Country Boil Fundraiser Draws Strong Support
Earlier this September, WIFI hosted its Low Country Boil fundraiser at The Farm clubhouse in Rocky Face, Georgia. Guests enjoyed delicious food, lively conversation and the Bloom Bar, where attendees created take-home centerpiece bouquets made from locally grown flowers. The event brought together the flooring community to celebrate WIFI’s mission and raised critical funds to support scholarships, mentoring and educational programming that help women across the industry grow and thrive. WIFI extends its gratitude to the planning team—Julie Kerkochian, Chanel Clifford, Amy Rush-Imber and Emily Finkell—for making the evening a success, and to Don and Emily Finkell of Balenafloors/East Paragon for sponsoring the reception. A special thank-you also goes to WIFI’s corporate Friends of WIFI for their continued support: Mohawk Flooring, Shaw’s WiN Network, Floor Covering Weekly, Mannington, World Floor Covering Association, CALI Floors, Engineered Floors, Floor Coverings International, Alliance Flooring, FUSE Alliance, tise, International Flooring Company, Poindexter Flooring, Roesel-Heck, Tarkett and Universal Fibers.
